Messages are read on weekdays and usually answered within a few working days. Include the address of the page you are writing about, if your message is about one; it makes a correction much faster to act on.

What we can help with
- Corrections — anything on a page that is wrong, out of date or unclear.
- Questions about how this site is funded, or about the affiliate arrangement.
- Privacy questions, including access and correction requests under the Australian Privacy Principles or, where it applies, the GDPR.
- Suggestions for questions the site does not currently answer.
- Press or business enquiries about the site itself.
What we cannot help with
We have no connection to any game publisher's support desk and no access to anybody's account. Requests of the following kinds cannot be actioned here, and sending them to us only delays getting them to someone who can act.
- Password resets, account recovery, or anything requiring access to a game account.
- Bans, appeals, or reports about another player's behaviour — these go to the game publisher, and serious online abuse can be reported to the eSafety Commissioner.
- Refunds and purchase disputes. The seller who took the payment is the first stop; the ACCC explains consumer guarantees and where a complaint goes next.
- Technical support for a game, including installation and performance problems. The hardware page is general guidance, not a support desk.
Please never send us account details
We do not need a password, a licence key or a payment detail for any reason, and we will never ask for one. If a message appearing to come from this site asks for something like that, it did not come from us, and it can be reported to Scamwatch.
Privacy enquiries
If you email us, we hold your message and your address for as long as it takes to deal with the matter, and no longer than two years afterwards. You can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to the same address. The privacy policy sets out the detail, including the route to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if we do not resolve something to your satisfaction.
